PAYMENT

 

We currently accept Paypal and card payments in US $, Australian $, GB Pounds and Euros. Please select your currency using the list at the top of the page.

All card payments go though secure servers and we use Worldpay, one of the most secure online payment systems.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

 

Your shipping options and cost will show once you have selected the currency and entered your country in the address field at checkout.

 

UK

FREE DELIVERY for orders over £25.

We use Royal Mail First Class. For some orders we may also use Recorded Delivery, which would require signature on delivery.

 

US, Australia and Other International Destinations

FREE SHIPPING to most destinations.

TRACKED POSTAGE option available for all international destinations

Your order may require signature on delivery.

Please note that any import duties, taxes and charges that may be payable are the buyer's responsibility.

Additional postal/shipping services purchased at an extra cost are non refundable if you return your items because you have changed your mind, if delivery fails because the address given is wrong, or the parcel is refused/not collected.

 

Delivery Times

All items are dispatched within 2 working days (as per British Calendar) from payment clearance, with discreet packaging, using Royal Mail.

Delivery to Europe, US and Australia will normally take 1-2 weeks from dispatch, occasionally longer, depending on location and custom clearance. Delivery times to other destinations will vary.

Delivery to the UK will take 1-5 days from dispatch.

Please bear in mind that there is a considerable time difference between London and other countries such as Australia and US. This can effect dispatch and communication.

 

 

RETURNS

 

We hope you are delighted with your item, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to obtain a return number.
You can return the product within 14 days (from the day after you receive your order) as long as the goods are unused and undamaged in their original sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for hosiery items that have been tried on, except when you receive an item that is faulty or not as described.
You will be refunded the amount you paid including the original postage and packing charges, but you are responsible for the cost of returning the items (unless the item is faulty).

Basic postage costs will be refunded (that is the cheapest postage option available to you). Any additional shipping service that you have purchased at an extra cost (for example International Tracked Delivery) and has been fulfilled will not be refunded.

 

Cancelling your order (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. You need to return them within 14 days of informing us. If you cancel your order your payment will be refunded in full, through the same payment method you used to pay for your order.  Please contact us using the link at the top of this page to request to cancel your order.

Please note that all hosiery items once removed from their packaging cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons, as per Provision 28 (3a) of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
